If you couldn’t move on Sunday when temperatures were hovering around the 30 centigrade mark, spare a thought for cousins Ridaa and Nadir Mughal who ran for over an hour through London as part of the annual ASICS London 10K run!
Over £1000 was raised for The Citizens Foundation and will go towards the ongoing education of underprivileged children in Pakistan.
